Michael Pierson

Minister of Students

Michael Pierson came to serve as minister of students in May 2022. He previously served as a student pastor for two years prior to coming to Field Street. He and his wife Amanda got married in June 2020. Amanda is a special education teacher specializing in working with students with autism. Michael received his Bachelor of Religion degree specializing in youth ministry from Wayland Baptist University. He has his Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Michael has a passion for teaching students about becoming the body of Christ and sharing the Gospel with others. He enjoys fishing, hunting, being outdoors, and anything sports-related in his free time.
